Just select the type of appointment you want, pick a day and time, enter your contact information, and you’re all set!

 

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost, if you are a “No Show” to your appointment you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled service/s. 


Journey Well Spa Policies 

BOOKING: All appointments can be booked over the phone or on our website journeywellspa.com. A credit card is required at the time of booking. 

ARRIVAL: We ask that all clients arrive15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to update or fill out “New Client” paperwork specific to their scheduled service. 

LATE ARRIVAL: Please call the spa and let us know if you are running late for your appointment. Once you arrive, we will try to accommodate you; however, out of respect for our other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full-service time if you are late. The therapist will do what they can with the remaining time. 

ROBES AND SLIPPERS: Robes and slippers are provided for your convenience. 

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Journey Well Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We ask that you keep your personal belongings with you, or lockers are provided for your convenience while taking part in spa services. 

CELL PHONES: Please leave cell phones on silent or vibrate as to not disturb your service or other services. No talking on the phone in the spa areas. If you must take a phone call, we ask that you do so in the front waiting area of the spa. 

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards may be purchased at the spa or eGift Cards may be purchased through the spa’s website (journeywellspa.com). Gift Cards do not expire. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and must be present at the time of service. If an eGift Card is purchased an email is sent to the provided email address with a confirmation number that must be provided at the time of booking or at the time of service. 

PAYMENTS: We accept cash, Journey Well Spa Gift Cards, and all major credit cards. We cannot accept medical cards at this time. 

GRATUITY: Gratuity is not included in the total service cost. Tips typically average 15% to 20% of your service total and are greatly appreciated. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: It is at the Spa’s discretion to stop service or refuse service to anyone, if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the clients' information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.
