Therapeutic Massage, 60 minutes - $95 / 90 minutes - $115 / 120 minutes - $150
A therapeutic massage is used to stimulate relaxation and can be used to reduce stress, improve blood circulation and reduce pain. This is a medium pressure massage that involves kneading, gliding strokes, and skin rolling.

Deep Tissue Massage, 60 minutes - $115 / 90 minutes - $135 / 120 minutes - $170 Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body’s surface. This is a firm pressure massage that involves slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

Modified Deep Tissue Massage, 90 minutes - $140 Everyone can benefit from work on deeper muscles but not everyone can receive or handle a traditional deep tissue massage. A modified deep tissue massage utilizes speed, pauses, and direction of strokes to achieve deep tissue results with medium/light pressure.

Athletic Massage, 60 minutes - $130 / 90 minutes - $160 An athletic massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity, reducing muscle tension, and helps to relieve tight muscles.

Head, Neck, and Shoulder Massage, 30 minutes - $60
This therapeutic treatment helps to improve circulation and ease tension in specific areas in need of relief and is medium in pressure.

Hot Stone Massage, 60 minutes - $95 / 90 minutes - $115
Light in pressure massage. A hot stone massage helps to relax and ease tense muscles by specific placement and lightly massaging the areas with heated smooth river stones.

Prenatal Massage, 60 minutes - $100
Designed to nurture and support both mother and baby, this gentle massage focuses on the areas of the body affected most by pregnancy. Prenatal massage deepens a sense of calm and relaxation and helps improve sleep. Consult a Spa Coordinator to learn about other treatments available during pregnancy. *The expecting mother must be in her 2nd trimester (over 12 weeks) to receive a prenatal massage.

Cold Stone Massage, 60 minutes - $95 / 90 minutes - $115 A cold stone massage is perfect for those with tight, inflamed muscles that want to alleviate stress. Cold basalt stones are strategically placed allowing to soothe inflamed muscles while a medium pressure massage is performed.

Cupping Massage, 60 minutes - $100 Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues. During cupping, the cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup.

Bamboo Stick Massage, 60 minutes - $130 / 90 minutes - $165 A bamboo stick massage incorporates different lengths and diameters of bamboo sticks and stones. Warmed smooth bamboo is integrated into a flowing Swedish massage.

Thai Herbal Ball Compression Massage, 60 minutes - $135 / 90 minutes - $170 A Thai herbal ball massage melts the stress from your body while taking you on a sensory journey of relaxing smells. This massage is used to alleviate pain and inflammation in the body using a variety of natural herbs wrapped in a cotton towel before being steamed, similar to a warm compress. The herbal balls are used to massage your body in circular motions.

Basic Facial Massage, 30 minutes - $60 A facial massage uses hands or a tool to massage the face and neck to stimulate blood circulation, promote lymphatic drainage, and improve tone of skin and muscles. No extractions or skin examination is included.

Asian Facial Massage, 30 minutes - $75 The Asian facial massage is all about facial health from the inside out. It clears the lymphatic drainage system, increases circulation, releases tightness, and helps produce collagen. No extractions or skin examination is included.

Stretching, 30 minutes - $50 Stretching increases circulation throughout the body with gentle elongating force on muscles and connective tissues along with improving lymphatic drainage through manual techniques.

Chair Massage, 30 minutes - $40 A chair massage focuses on the high-tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands. It is effective at producing therapeutic results in a brief period of time by concentrating the massage on the areas of greatest tension.


Massage Add On:

Eminence Organic Foot Treatment, 15 minutes - $40 For this treatment, the Eminence Organic Sugar Scrub of your choice will be used to exfoliate the skin in a circular motion from the knee down, then removed with hot towels to allow more absorption of properties in the skin. A moisturizer is applied to leave your skin feeling soft and silky smooth.

Body Dry Brushing, 15 minutes - $30 Dry brushing involves swiping a soft brush in gentle strokes over your body to physically exfoliate your skin and help it feel soft and smooth.

Stretching, 30 minutes - $50 Stretching increases circulation throughout the body with gentle elongating force on muscles and connective tissues along with improving lymphatic drainage through manual techniques.

Scalp Massage, 10 minutes - $20 A scalp massage is a type of massage that is localized to the head, behind the ears and back of the neck. In most cases, a scalp massage is done with the fingertips and palm of the hand or with a scalp massager. Sometimes oil is applied to further heighten relaxation and to provide nourishment to the scalp.
